With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of South Carolina and Bachelor in Songwriting from Belmont University, he combines discipline, compassion, and craft in everything he does. A proud advocate for veterans recovering from combat trauma, he dedicates time off stage to supporting nonprofit causes close to his heart and mentoring young songwriters.
